Antique C19th Vintage Rustic French Oak , Beech and Pine 18 Drawer Printers Chest/ Cabinet/Compositor's desk 118 cms wide. Some of the drawers have their original type face name labels on them. Possible Reception desk, restaurant/shop counter.

This wonderful antique compositor's desk is an unusual decorative item or practical storage for a collector, or the inner divides in the trays could be removed for storage of kitchen items , hobby items etc , a multitude of options. The cabinet has been brushed off and treated with anti-woodworm product, giving someone the option to gently sand and then wax naturally, or re- paint or varnish etc.

The piece has some historic woodworm which has been treated. All the drawers have dividers which have years of ink , dust and other marks in them so could be left or removed, according to the intended use.

Dimensions 138 cms Wide , 119 cm High at back, and 44.5 cm Deep. Then we are in the hands of the carriers who quote 5 days.
