A large antique Georgian Mahogany Bureau/study/computer desk. Painted in Farrow and Ball's'Downpipe' a rich, warm greeny/blue grey with great depth.

Waxed, aged and distressed for a French country style. Pull down desk top (key opens but doesn't lock) Inside has a leather writing insert, several pigeon holes and small drawers. All painted in Farrow and Ball's'Off White' Under are 4 large dovetail jointed drawers with original brass handles and escutcheons, offering plenty of storage. Would also work well as a chest of drawers.

This item is over 200 years old and therefore shows signs of use and age. Solid and sturdy, with marks, chips, splits and blemishes. This only adds character to this rustic piece. Depth with desk top open 94cm. Height up to desk top 75cm.
